The fluids of our bodies do more than just keep us alive—they bring a vibrant range of psychophysical qualities to our movements and attitudes throughout life. When we embody the full range of fluid states we can move in the world with greater ease, spontaneity and sense of choice. Join Deb for this embodied movement series which fully explores the subjective experience of the fluids (yes, the actual fluids of the body such as venous, lymph, intercellular!) from the inside out, giving your body the gift of joyful flow.
No experience is necessary—but even the most experienced of movers can benefit from this movement course’s special experiential blend of psychophysiology with creativity and authentic movement.
