    Ingrid is a healer, a mystic, and an artist. Uncomfortable with any set career, she has combined her many talents and tools into a healing arts practice designed to awaken, enlighten, support, heal, transform and guide all those seeking into a deeper connection with unconditional love.

     

    She draws on many spiritual traditions and healing modalities like yoga, various tribal based earth spirituality, christianity, buddhism, reiki, tao, ayurveda, western massage therapy, thai yoga massage, contact impprov dance...and ofcourse The MER world.
