My Bio, Certifications & Licences

Hello! My name is Lisa Schumacher, Maine Certified Reflexologist, Member of Reflexologist Counsel of Maine & proud to be carrying on the 3rd generation of hand & foot therapy.

I am pleased to offer reflexology as an experience of therapeutic relaxation. This pressure pointing technique helps to restore the body's balance, eliminate energy blockages, & improve circulation. It can also be used to relieve a wide variety of ailments including, headaches, sinus problems, digestion ailments, or insomnia.

With each of my Reflexology sessions, I include a soothing foot soak, wellness consultation, a finger-to-foot/hand touch technique & reflective massage using essential oils/creams. My goal is to help each client become Healthier & Happier by Nurturing their Hands & Feet!
