With a rental membership you can rent any of these spaces by the hour or daily/monthly basis.

Rates

Hourly

The hourly rate is offered as need and requires no time commitment on your part. You are free to use the rooms when ever they are available.

$15 - 75 minutes for 60 minute sessions
$20 - 105 minutes for 90 minute sessions

$25 - movement therapy 75 minutes for 60 minute sessions

Monthly

This is a great way to start and grow your practice. You can split your 11 hours into morning or night hours on different days depending on availability.

$120 - 1 day a week/month (11 hours/week x4weeks)
$200 - 2 days a week/month (22 hours/week x4weeks)
$270 - 3 days a week/month (33 hours/week x4weeks)

Our monthly rentals are handled as sub-leases and are subject to a 6mo lease agreement with security deposit. Liability insurance is required.

Movement Studio

We have a gorgeous 1200sf movement studio and changing area. We just installed a sprung floor made of bamboo so your yoga, dance, or movement class will be gently and beautifully supported.

Rates

Prime Time

Monday - Friday 6:00-9:00am & 4:00-8:30pm

Saturday 6:00-11:00am

Sunday 7:00-9:00pm

$40 an hour

Standard Hours

Monday - Friday 9:00am-12:45pm & 8:30-11:00pm

$30 an hour

Movement Therapy Hours

Monday - Friday 12:45-3:30pm

Available for hourly rental on-line booking.This is not for class use. This can only be rented for individual sessions.

$25 an hour

Percentage

We offer a 60 (teacher)% 40 (Awake)% split of class fee option for non-prime time hours.

Awake would like to support your class in being a success so we help to promote your class through our facebook page with event listings and on our e-mail campaigns.

However we ask that those who teach at Awake also invest in marketing their event. Those who opt to contract for a percentage rate are required to draw students in order to maintain their rental status.

Events & Workshops

Awake provides many amenities to make your workshop or event a success.

large parking lot and abundant side street parking
coat and shoe storage
optional event staff at an additional fee

Event & Workshop Hours

In addition to our weekly hours we reserve time on the weekends to accommodate events and workshops.

Events and workshop rental rates are negotiated per event based on projected attendance and space usage. Please contact our Movement Studio Manager directly to discuss space rental.
